Photos are true to form. Tray is sturdy and thicker plastic. It holds somewhere near 70 balls. I only have 60 in my golf simulator. It does not move when the lip of the tray is tucked under the mat. The angle of the design makes it so that if I send a ball in the general direction of the tray, it goes in and stays.

I was surprised that golf ball trays were so pricey, so decided to take a flier on this model. I have some other GoSports items and theyβre all very nice. I expected this plastic tray to be fairly thin given the price, but was pleasantly surprised by how heavy the plastic is and how high quality it feels. It will indeed hold 70 balls, although we usually have no more than 24-30 at a time in there. It has a nice little lip that sits under the hitting mat and keeps it in place.This was the perfect purchase for my needs and Iβd recommend it for anyone seeking a golf ball tray for a simulator or range.

I purchased this to use with my net that I have set up in my garage. This is built from high quality plastic/rubber type material. Feels like it would last through repeated drops on cement without any problems. I would definitely purchase this again.

I bought this a month ago to replace a smaller and flimsy tray. I love the sturdiness and large capacity of the tray. I have a Fiberbuilt mat, which is thick, so I trimmed the front lip and added a piece of wood to the underside of the tray on the backend. Very easy to move the balls onto the hitting area.

Cheapest solution to my home driving simulator use. Not sure how it would perform in sunlight and weather, but perfect fit for my indoor use.
