This is a perfect tool for analyzing your game. The grid system it uses can be used as-is or you can develop your own way of tracking what you think is important–it’s very versatile and has just the right number of rows and columns. I bought all my golfing buddies one of these, and we all use it a little differently. The construction is great and the pages are strong. It goes in and out of my back pocket 80 times a round and shows no wear. A small binder clip is handy for keeping your page. Great size for the pocket and the hand. Hope they keep making it.Only thing to watch out for is your pace of play. At first we found ourselves standing around taking notes too long after the hole, but you get used to it and I typically do my notes while walking now. It is tough to keep this book and a score card, so we ditched the score card (although you still need one for the yardage and handicap if you care).

Embarrassing review warning-I walk the course when I play golf. During the summer, it gets hot and sweaty. The paper scorecards that the course provides to you will NOT hold up in your back pocket for 18 holes without getting sweaty and drenched, which make writing/reading scores impossible. This notebook solved it for me. The pages never retain water, it never rips, and you can write on it wet or dry. AWESOME! Beat the BUTT SWEAT, buy this notebook!

I have carried this book with many on many rounds now and it stays in my back pocket. It has held up very well and been helpful for taking notes and jotting things down during a round.

i should say this is my fault….I was looking at other similar type products and confused it with this one so I thought I was getting 3 notebooks….nope…only got one….I had to laugh when I opened it up and saw what I paid $14 for…crazy overpriced but I guess if you want it…it might be worth it to you…this was a gift but so lame that I now have to go out and buy something else for that person to accompany it. π

Perfect! Easy to store and paper does not get wet when stored in you pocket on wet rainy days or hot humid afternoons.

Okay but not what I expected…my fault but I’m not a golfer…bought as a gift.

It looks well made, however the space to write in is cramped. I was expecting something bigger. Seems a bit pricey for what you get. They do provide pages for multiple golf courses, however there are only two small lines for notes on each hole. Some people might prefer it small though. Nice that it is water resistant.

Great product but outside of using a pencil you have to buy one of their $15 pens to write in it.
