Ordered the white golf balls, unfortunately I was sent the red/white printed balls. Didn’t notice much of a difference from the regular Chrome Soft which is alright since I like the Chrome Soft as much as the ProV’s. Just wish they sent me the right balls. I think the biggest reason I’ve been favoring this ball this year as opposed to playing the Pro V and Pro VX last year is the soft feel is has when putting. Or if I need to pitch over a bunker with little green to work with. I have confidence in these balls.

The Ball that Changed the Ball gets an upgrade with the Chrome Soft X. The X spins more, usually a lot more, off wedges and short irons, so it stops quickly. The distance is about the same as the Chrome Soft off the tee and longer clubs. And the price is appreciably less than other premium tour balls, especially the so-called No. 1 ball in golf. (I recently played a round alternating between the Chrome Soft X and the Pro V-1X; the Chrome Soft won my preference because it is just as consistent as the Pro V-1X in terms of distance, and softer around the green.)Serious golfers need to try the Chrome Soft X. You may just be as pleasantly surprised as I am.

I’m a big fan of the Chromesoft balls. I have gone back and forth on X or regular. I have finally settled on the regular. They seem to fly not only higher, but longer. I don’t regenerate the spin that I would with a Pro V, but they are longer and spin enough around the green on chips.

I’ve never been a big fan of yellow golf balls, but after trying these they quickly became my favorite to play. They are soft enough for a nice touch around the green, but with no sacrifice in distance that typically comes with a soft cover. And even though the cover is soft, it still holds up for multiple rounds. When I bought my first sleeve, they came highly recommended by a golfing buddy of mine. Most of the golf courses around have Bermuda Grass fairways, so I was reluctant to buy them. In the past I’ve found that yellow golf balls and yellow Bermuda Grass make for a bad combination. But the color of these make them very easy to see, even from a distance. They stand out much more than the red Volviks I tried. I think the black markings on the ball helps it to stand out whether laying in the fairway or the rough. Another added benefit of the “soccer ball” style markings is that it is very easy to see any spin you put on the ball immediately after the club makes contact. Overall, I highly recommend giving this ball a try.

Cool ball! Plays great. People look at like a gimmick until they see it go about 280 yards. Love the pattern. Plays well and is a great ball for the price. You can see your rotation on putts and pitches with the pattern. Mid-single digit handicapper and I score as well with this as a V1. Why waste the money when this plays so well. For my game, this is a great value and makes the round fun! And, it’s easy to identify against all the generic plain white balls.

I noticed my Return Window for this item was 31 Jan 2018. It’s really kind of sad, because I had lost all of them by about the 20th. :-(Watching the spin was a huge distraction for me, until I got used to it.Its hard to see the yellow on the Arizona Desert too. The sun light here is so intense I have to go past where I know the ball to be and put the sun at my back.

Used to use Pro V1 X but switched to these due to the price. I really like these balls. Only problem is they do not provide enough spin. I usually get a lot of spin from the Pro V1 X so I got use to it. Better to change than pay the price.

This wouldn’t be my favorite color of these ‘soccer’ balls, but the soccers are my favorite. It’s pretty cool to hit a chip and have your friends say they can see the spin. Very few people use them or have them, so it’s nice to have a good, soft golf ball you don’t really have to worry about confusing with another golfer. recommend. I personally like the blue and white soccer balls best.. hard to find.
