   The main issue I have with these grips is the weight.They are only 42.5 gms and with them being so light you have to make up the weight or deal with the consequences of a radical swing-weight change.Most grips are in the 50 gm area and so were the Dri-Tac Wraps that I LOVE but wanted to try some with a the low taper.It is not easy to add weights in the grip area but it can be done.Also the grip is a half inch shorter than other conventual grips.IF only they made them longer, and heavier then I could raise my rating.

   Have these grips improved my play? Not really, but that’s on me. What these bigger grips have done, is give a more secure hold on the club, which allows for a more relaxed grip on the club. A more relaxed grip alleviates the forearm fatigue I was experiencing with the standard grips. Based on this alone, I expect play and accuracy to improve. I’m a beginner golfer (and I use the term ‘golfer’ loosely) in my late 60’s, and will use every advantage available. This is one of them.

   Was very easy to put on and they look great. I had a chance the try them out afterward to play with. It was a little different feel from the traditional tapered grips. I thinking with more overall golf practice there will be a bigger benefit the new grips on.

   These grips allow me to play on back to back days without any pain in my hands. They are soft without feeling spongy. They also remain playable in all weather conditions.

   When i changed to oversize Dri-Tac Less taper grips, it really allowed me to relax my grip. In turn, i have a more relaxed, fluid swing. It really helped my game.

   Less club slipping in your hands, very comfortable.
