   I purchased this as a gift. The recipients name was mis-spelled on the personalization. I checked my order and I had spelled it correctly so this was done when manufacturing. I reported the problem via the Amazon site and they immediately made it right by correcting the spelling and sending another bag tag. Turnaround was fast and I still had it in time for Christmas. As an aside, this thing is heavy and clearly high quality. Better than expected.

   It was engraved perfectly. It came with a green carrying pouch velvet like. A leather strap to attach to the golf bag and most importantly my husband loves it.
