I purchased this net along with 2 hitting mats, practice balls, and more – all GoSports brand products. I did not really need a net, but since I was splurging on the hitting mats, I decided to go for the net as well, so that it would give me the option of having something to hit into in the wintertime. I was slightly prejudiced towards the GoSports net over other brands because I was ordering their brand of hitting mats, but after comparing this product to other nets available on Amazon, it seemed like this net would hold up well enough based on the ratings. It was not the cheapest net available on Amazon, but my hopes were that it was going to be high quality and hold up well.I ended up purchasing a Used one from Amazon Warehouse to save a few bucks. The package definitely arrived damaged and one of the legs was sticking out the side of the box. Upon opening it, the metal feet did appear to be scratched on the bottom as if it were drug across concrete, but the net was still in the original packaging, so I’m not sure what the deal was. Regardless, everything was there, and assembled very quick and easy. The netting material is soft (probably cotton/poly), but it does perfectly fine stopping the few real golf balls hit into it with full swings from irons up to driver. I have mostly hit the GoSports hard shell foam practice golf balls into this net though because I do not want to damage it or wear it down with real golf balls. I decided to go ahead and order the ~$20 add-on net that is clips on to the front of the net for added protection. I just received the add-on netting today and it easily just clips on to the top loops of this net and can be adjusted. The add-on net is made of a different material than the regular netting and is like a synthetic/plastic netting. That netting seems heavier duty, and will hopefully help prevent the soft regular netting from getting holes; my only concern is that it is a rougher feel and I just hope it does not wear down the softer netting as the two rub together when a ball impacts them as that would defeat the purpose of the added protection. Only time will tell on that though. But now that I have the add-on net installed, I will feel free to swing away with regular balls hit into this net. (The attached picture does not show the add-on netting)I remember seeing reviews about the netting leaving black marks on balls. I can attest that it did mark up the hard shell foam practice balls that I was hitting into the net. The few real golf balls that I hit into the net at full power did not show any markings however. The add-on net has yet to be tested, so I cannot say whether or not that also marks up the balls.Overall, I am please with the purchase of this net. I hope it holds up well and lasts a long time for our family to use. I am also please with all of the other GoSports products I purchased. So far everything seems to be good quality and value. I’ve left reviews on the other products with the same headline and picture if you are looking for my take on those products as well.

Like about net that is big and tall also is very sturdy also purchase side net to stop from ball flaying to neighbors window. Haven got any rips like other people had gotten. But I due put it away every time Iβm done practicing. If let outside weather will cause net to rip. Happy with my purchase have recommended to friends that also donβt have much time to go out to range.

I wanted to try and get better at golf—so rather than spend a ton on lessons or playing golf all the time—I bought this net and hit into it a few times a week. So, when I do golf I have been much more consistent. The net has held all the real golf balls—I really like it. I assemble and disassemble it all the time. I definitely am happy I bought this net.

I just took up golf couple of months ago and going to the driving range multiple times a week gets pretty expensive. This is definitely the solution for now that keeps my swing itch in check while not burning through my wallet. After using it for 3 weeks now, its still holding up pretty well – though I have only been using foam balls and not regular golf balls so who knows if a bomb hitter will punch right through the net.

Overall, product is very good in sturdiness and durability. However, whenever you hit the ball, the ball keeps bouncing back towards you. If it could drop to the floor, it would have been perfect.

This Net is amazing! By far the best purchase Iβve ever made! I find it hard going to the driving range sometimes, this solved everything! I highly recommend the GoSports hitting mat as well, itβs great!

Good net, seems to work ok thus far. I had to get a foam pad and position it so it would cushion the golf balls as they came off of the net. Without it the balls went everywhere.
