The media could not be loaded. Β I always try to swing easy (yeah, right). But most friends say I swing way to hard. And I know my swing plane was causing me severe trouble.I wanted to try this during the cold winter in CT. (See Video, not kidding!)I swung the club almost every day for only about 5 minutes for a months and a half. I also did this in front of my security system cameras.That was a HUGE benefit to be able to review my progress.I noticed several benefits:The weight of the swing trainer helped make my βgolfβ muscles stronger over that month and a half.The flexibility of the club completely changed my rhythm and tempo. This swing trainer is GREAT. I have always liked golf. But this swing trainer has me excited about golf!! It has actually improved my swing that it is longer and straighter.I prefer the 40β. It is more like using my own club. It helps with the full swing by moving all the way through. It helps by keeping my head down until after impact.You can choke up on the 40β and work on 1/2 and full iron shots.One more added bonus. It works great on driving trips. When you stop for gas or food, take this trainer out and swing it around. It helps your tight and tired muscles!

I swing this at the house. I believe it will help you club head speed if you swing it 4-5 times a week. Great tool for strength but I do not think it helps a golf swing with control, accuracy, or ball striking . The lag shot is a better training tool.

This is a great way to get going in the morning and get loosened up for those days where you are just a bit stiff. The grip, however, leaves something to be desired. Not sure if you could regrip the swing trainer, but if you could, it would make a huge difference!
