   I was looking for the first set of clubs for my five year old who has never played before. I admit I wondered if I could get by with a less expensive set and googled/read other reviews. I ultimately bought the set since reviews suggested it was higher quality and I would rather buy a higher quality set that he AND later his younger brother could use. I had a starter set as a kid and it was fine although one of the iron heads broke a year in. I think it is still expensive relative to potential alternatives but the build quality is what I would expect from callaway – just sized for a kid. I am also particularly happy with the putter and could even see myself using it in a pinch – it is made by odyssey. The bag is better than expected but not a standard size bag. It is sized for the clubs. My one complaint is that the straps aren’t that comfortable and are sized for an older child (maybe a normal 8 year old? my five year old is 85th percentile height/weight). Overall, would buy again. Amazon price was same as golf galaxy/dicks with faster shipping.

   Set appeared to be well-made and ordered in 2021. My 11-year old son broke the Driver and 3-Wood last week. My son is not a pro and plays occasionally. The clubs all appear new, yet two are broken in about a year. Contacted Callaway – they sent replacements. Happy Callaway stood by their products.

   Very good quality golf set for 12-14y olds – boys and girls. This is a junior set, slightly smaller than a standard adult set. They are also slightly smaller than the WILSON junior set. It works well for my kids who are intermediate players and about 5ft 2in tall.

   My son plays golf few years and mostly had US kids golf set but this time purchased this set and it is really makes the difference and he is enjoying and still light weight set. Only short hand is it don’t have 56’ club in this set.

   When the delivery was received they were well protected. Three layers of packaging needed to be opened to get to the clubs and bag.Surprisingly, the Driver, Fairway Wood and Putter all came with their original protective covers. Fantastic! The kid couldn’t wait to carry them on her back for practice and said they weren’t heavy at all as she was so excited to carry them, hopefully she will be able to carry the Golf Set on her own for the whole 5 holes.
