   Bought 2 and they perfectly fit both my TaylorMade Sim2 Max 4 and Max 5 hybrids.Only reason for 1 less star is that in the answered questions section a customer asked if it had tags for 3,4,5 and the seller response was “yes”. In reality the tag has adjustable numbers 2,3,4 & X. There is no 5 for my 5-hybrid. The tag is not a dial but a plastic tile that you can insert up/down – forward/backward to alternate between 2,3,4 & X. The number tile locks in quite well so no worries about it falling out.

   I hate losing a head cover out on the course, but it happens. I recently lost the cover for my SIM-2 5 metal, and this was an exact replacement.

   Just as advertised. Looks & fits great on my two Taylormade hybrids. The clips remove easily to allow you to put whatever number (2,3,4,X) you need it to show.
