   It’s a good mat but definitely on the high end of the price spectrum. Also, having to use the app to play the “courses” becomes tedious. Fortunately, I contacted the company and they sent the courses to me in PDF format. Much better!

   I think the design and the practice games that come with the mat are great. The alignment and stroke length for each distance is a great reference. The speed is very close to what you would find on well-kept golf courses. If you go to a course with slow greens following practice on this mat, it will take some time to adjust. My only annoyance with this mat is that the edges won’t stay down. I end up having to tape them down in order to putt from the furthest corners of the mat. It isn’t a huge inconvenience, it can just be an annoying additional set up component. I would recommend this to anyone, as I have already seen some much better speed control in my putts. I very rarely leave a putt short now, so thank you well-putt for helping me not hit the ball like a weenie any longer.

   It’s hard to find training tools that transfer to the course but this one is a great one. The speed and distance training alone has helped me tremendously. Initially I thought that there were too many markings on the mat and it would distract me but it all makes sense now after using it. I definitely would suggest this training tool for golfers who are at least a year in and understand a little about greens.

   Great product, really high quality. When it flattens a bit due to consistent use you can vacuum it to get it back to a like new state

   The concept of the putting matt is sound. The alignment marks on the matt are first rate and zones to develop putting speed are also well thought out. However, at the end of the day it’s a 10 foot long piece of carpet with a bunch of training aids painted on it. At $30.00 or even $40.00 it would have been a decent buy. At $150.00, it’s ridiculously overpriced.
