   I took a bit of a chance buying this, as limited detail was provided in the store page. It does come with the spider headcover. I originally wasn’t sure if it did, but it does. It comes with a Super Strokes pistol grip, which it actually does say on the store page. I love this product on the golf course too. The Pure Roll insert is fantastic, and I feel like my putts are more accurate and controlled. This model has no toe hang, and is better for straight strokes.

   Had tried a few of my friends Spider putters last year and beginning of this year. Different colored ones also. The black with white stripe seemed to jump out and could see the line for ball path very good with it. Has improved my putting I would say at least 2 strokes a 9. Glad I ordered this one. Switching from the Teron putter which had a great feel like this one. But this one has improved my aim.

   I have had an odyssey 2 ball putter for years and was thinking about buying a new one. A guy I played with had this putter so I gave it a try and loved the feel of it. Well it took awhile to talk myself into paying $200 for a putter but im so glad I did. I seem to line the puts up so much better and the putter being black helps me keep my head down through the shot. To me the weight is perfect. I know $200 is a lot to spend but I just shot my age yesterday 73 from the white tees, had 3 birdies and no 3 putts.

   The weight distribution for this putter makes for a solid, consistent stroke each time. The center line also makes it convenient to line up putts and put the ball where you want to go. I shaved almost a half a stoke off my putting average with this club.

   …when MacEnroe said,”I got tired of missing putts!” But I have an excuse. I had noticed a lot of skidding of my ball the first 2 feet with my old putter (which I still love) which hadn’t been apparent until I started using Callaway Truvis (soccer style) golf balls. You can’t see the skidding on solid color balls. I was horrified: I wasn’t getting true roll! Dick Stockton, Dave Peltz, et al would be aghast. Anyway, I had previously owned and liked a Spider Tour Red. Spiders are the only putter I owned which balance level when soled flat. (I bought a special level for that.) I can also let a Spider putter dangle from my hands and still get a fairly level sole, vertical shaft and solid sight line. The only thing a Spider does not do is swing itself! The feel is rock solid stability, no twisting thanks to the wing weights, and the response from the face insert engaging the ball feels like the lockup on a Swiss vault. The sightline is functional simplicity without distractions. All I need to think about is speed. That, and how I’m gonna spend all the cash this baby makes me. Why did I sell my first Spider? ?‍♂️

   Shortly after buying this putter, I recorded 59 consecutive holes without a 3 putt. My previous most was 26. Love the look and the feel of the Spider, every putt seems like it has a chance. It has essentially been a quantum leap from my old Nike Method putter. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and now I see why so many Tour players play them.
