Its designed to have good bounce in the trap and will get you out if you swing it right. It still requires practice like any golf club. It has a wider face and grooves that covers the face completely. I have the 60 degree which does the job. The price is reasonable. I ordered the “used” club which looked brand new.

Lives up to the name. I was having trouble getting out of sand traps with my old wedge. I went out to practice with my new Sure Out 2 Wedge and got out 4 out of 5 time immediately. The got out 9 out of 10 times during my next practice session. Tried it again later in the day and got out 5 out of 5 times. So I’m very happy with this purchase. I also found it easy to use for pitch shots.

After a few rounds of use, I like this club. I can get the ball high & control the roll-out with some degree of accuracy. Even with the face wide open, it is pretty accurate. However, if you miss-hit (blade the ball) on a full swing, the ball with fly away as this club is heavy. I don’t use this club at distances over 35/40 yards from the green. I’m having good results getting over & out of sand traps with this club – I’m 73 & 5’10” – this club fits me just right.

I have taken the 60 out of my bag and replaced it with this club for greenside traps and for all of my short chips. It work great, but that does not mean you still won’t screw up the shot if your swing is not correct.

The shaft and head make that awesome alignment I look for in a golf club. The yardage I was seeking was 45-65 yards with varying swing position. It was right on. For chipping around the green it was spot on for that downhill 25 -50′ shot with the proper shaft take away. Great Club.

You still need to find the right technique with practice but it does simplify bunker shots. Hits great 60-70 yard full shots as well for me

I just am very pro Callaway Wedge. This one is replacing my 1980 era Hickory Stick 60 degree Wedge. Played a round with it and its my new go to wedge around the green and for green side bunker action.

This club is magical. Address like a regular wedge shot, keep the front edge down, watch the ball jump out of the sand and roll to the pin. Craziest think you will ever see
