   This is my first new putter grip in my 20 year golf career. Always used the same ping putters grip it came with since I bought it 17 years ago. This thing is like a Dodge Viper in comparison to that one. I love the contour grip. It feels like I am finally holding on to the club.I’m a bit of grey duck with the way I grasp the club. I use my thumbs pointing straight down on top of the flat spot and point both of my index fingers down the sides. Left hand lower than the right. Always felt comfortable to me and this grip has me in more control of the putter. I love the square flat top and the contours. Though I wish I could get one size bigger. If they do come out with one bigger I would more likely change to that one.I couldn’t tell the weight difference. Could be because I’m still using a big hunk of metal at the other end.

   If you prefer a pistol type of grip but want a paddle feel, this grip gives you that feeling. Works well with standard putter gripping or left hand low putter gripping. The color combo is stylish and eye catching.

   The shape is good (similar to the Tiger Shark I was using). It’s a little spongey and took a bit to get used to, but working fine now. Now all my grips are Golf Pride.

   The larger than standard grip makes this an ergonomically superior putter grip. You don’t want tension in your putter grip – and this takes out all the tension.
