   I had some Golfpride MCC grips that were a few years old so it was time to change them. Ordered these for my PW-6. Delivery was on time and quality is as expected from Golfpride.

   Really comfortable grip. Nice and tacky, excellent grip in the humid summer months. The alignment aid on the underside is ever-so-slightly noticeable, but feels really comfortable on the fingertips. These grips are easy on the glove, too.

   I was skeptical at first that I would like these grips, so I only bought two (1 for Driver and 1 for Hybrid). I normally play GP MCC4+ grips (great grips also), but will be switching to these on all my clubs. The ALIGN ridge works to ensure the face is square at set-up, which if nothing else helps with confidence over the ball. For those purist who say, “If you had a proper grip, you wouldn’t need an ALIGN strip”, I say get over yourselves. You’re all hackers just like me, or else we’d be on tour. Seriously though, if you can eliminate even one headworm while you’re on the links, why wouldn’t you? These will assist with headworms (hat tip to Golf Sidekick). I will be putting them on all my clubs soon.

   As handicap 3, I always go for this grip. Love that grip feeling in the back that makes sure I’m gripping this right.

   Exactly what you would expect from Golf Pride, a very high quality grip that feels very comfortable and stable in your hands. I personally like the alignment feature but beware if you have adjustable shafts for loft, lie, or shot preference bias. Some manufacturers require rotation of the shaft which turns your alignment rib to the side or top, requiring installation of a new grip. But the grip itself is totally the reason Golf Pride is the #1 grip in golf!
