If you are like a lot of golfers, you get to the course, make a few putts, if at all, and then head to the first tee. You know you should hit some practice balls, but hey, golf takes a lot of time and you don’t have a lot of time. These donuts will make up for the foregoing a little bit. They will help you warm up and groove a swing before you tee off. Good for rythm and timing as it is impossible to swing fast while warming up with one of these on the end of your club. I have a friend who is somewhat handicapped and cannot warm up in the traditional manner. He uses these on the tee (sometimes on every tee) to get the feel for the club and loosen up. They work. Also, for those Harvey Penick fans place one of these on a 7 or 4 iron and swing it every day and build up those golf muscles. Saves from having to buy a special heavy club (which I also have, but is now gathering dust because these are easier and don’t take up any space).

As simple as it gets. Gets you loose before your first tee shot. Small and simple enough to fit in a side pocket in your golf bag. For the price everyone should carry one.

Coating helps to keep the weight from moving too much when on the club. Works well.

Not a lot to write about here. You put the weights on the club and swing. I like it better than the flimsy orange ball club.

Bought two sets (4 rings). Great training aid for practicing swings in backyard, or warming up before a round with a few minutes.
