   Great bag. Have carried it all over AZ and used it in golf cards as well. Performs as it should, no issues. I would purchase it again. In fact I may have to as my wife like it so much. UPDATE 7/12/2021. The clip to the shoulder harness broke after 20 or so rounds. Tried to contact the manufacturer and they have not gotten back to me. Was a great bag until now. Wish I could get the part replaced, really like the bag but for the price it shouldLast years not rounds.Update 10/01/2021. The manufacturer finally got back to me and replaced the bag. 4 stars now as they did end up standing behind their product. Again love this bag this new one so far is holding up great.

   I do like the bag. Lightweight and seems well made and hopefully durable. What I don’t like is the poor customer service. Like some of you I followed the included instructions for the customized ball bag flap. They are supposed to send a customized ball flap that will replace the existing one. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service at Izzo. They don’t have my submission. Wanted to know what name I submitted it under, color of the bag and through what webpage I submitted my information. (the webpage on the instruction sheet included with the golf bag! ) Gave them this info and they advised they would contact me with an update. Nothing to be heard. I think this is a scam and a come on. Not sure I would use this customized bag flap anyway and I didn’t purchase this golf bag for this feature. Just letting you know so if you’re on the fence about a bag (fathers day perhaps?) don’t let the customized bag flap be your determining factor, cause you’re not likely to receive it. Nice bag tho.Edit: Heard from Izzo! They’re out of stock (black). Might see personalized ball flap by July or August.Welp, it’s the end of August. No personalized ball flap and no response to 3 separate email inquiries. Seems a lost cause. As stated, I did not purchase this bag for this feature but if you do, don’t hold your breath.Today is October 18, 2021. Bag flap arrived. Too late for the golf season here in Wisconsin, but it did arrive.

   This bag has been thoughtfully constructed for and by golfers. The 8 way top allows your clubs to gather while carrying, so that they don’t clack against each other. Generous pockets, good zipper pulls, the personalization, the strap configuration, all come together when you slide your arm in and toss it onto your shoulders, to make you feel like someone else is carrying your stuff. I was torn between this and one other bag until i saw the other one closer. There is no other bag if you want to walk and carry.

   Nice bag. Didn’t know the main circular pouch was magnetic. Cool idea but gotta be careful when laying the bag down on its side.

   This bag is expensive… but it is light, very light! it also offers free personal embroidery service which is about $30 at the shopping mall, so keep that in mind when you decide to buy this item. I love it so far.. thanks. You get what you paid for:)

   Everything about this bag screams quality and it was thoughtfully produced with the golfer in mind. From the magnetic seal ball compartment to the spot to Velcro your gloves, this checks all the boxes and looks great. I love it.

   Lightweight bag. Sturdy. Storage pockets are generous size. Easy to slip on and off shoulder straps. Padding is more than sufficient for comfort. I’ve walked a course with moderate relief changes with no issues, no fatigue.

   Feature-wise, I love this bag. The magnetic ball pouch closure is awesome. But quality control is an issue. My problems started with the personalized replacement cover. It was shorter and the Velcro attachment at the bottom didn’t fully engage when the magnetic loops were aligned, but it worked. Then, over a year later, I noticed that my golf balls were leaking into the main bag by the club grips (see picture). It turns out that the whole seam was undone. I don’t know when that happened, but the warranty is expired now. I tried to contact the company through their website, but got no response. In addition, there are several other areas where there is fraying where the nylon is stitched.Overall, a great bag design, just poor quality control and poor customer relations.
